The play on the pitch brought together connections across the country 和 across generations. And it helped spread awareness for mental health issues while celebrating what’s best about the game.
The February 11 Men’s Rugby match-up between Saint Mary’s College 和 Boston College helped spread awareness for mental health issues while bringing two institutions together that have current 和 past ties.
The Gaels won a resounding victory, 74–7. But the score belies the fact that the game was an excellent display of both teams’ skills, 协调, 职业道德. Quick play from the Gaels ensured successful efforts to move the ball wide. Flyhalf Sosaia Pongi ' 26 和中心 多米尼克·贝萨格，26岁 demonstrated their offensive abilities throughout the match by scoring multiple tries. 24年的马图国王 showed skill 和 power by breaking through the Boston College defense throughout the match.
