Transcript Requests from Saint Mary's
The Office of the 注册商 strongly recommends placing your request(s) through the National Student Clearinghouse 网站 and select the electronic transcript option if the recipient allows for it. While we will process any transcripts that need to be physically mailed, the processing time for hard copy transcripts will take 到 3-5个工作日.

Saint Mary's College of California has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering online. (Please be sure to type Saint Mary's College of California. Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also check order status or history online. To order an official transcript, login to the Clearinghouse secure site. To search our college, enter "Saint Mary's College of California(如果你输入St.' our college will not be located through the search). The site will walk you through the order process, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
Students who enrolled or completed the InterCollegiate Nursing Program with Samuel Merritt University must request their transcript from Samuel Merritt University. Send your request to: Attn: 注册商's Office, Samuel Merritt University, 霍桑大道370号, 奥克兰, CA 94609.

Saint Mary's offers paper transcript request forms that can be picked up in person at the Office of the 注册商. The request forms DO NOT include an electronic option and must be paid with the business office before processing.

Unofficial 成绩单
Unofficial transcripts are available only to currently enrolled Saint Mary's College of California students through the GaelXpress self-service platform. If you currently have an active SMC login, please download your unofficial transcripts on GaelXpress 2.0.
Former students and alumni must request an official transcript through the National Student Clearinghouse.
